Coordinates hurricane preparedness, heavy weather protocols, port reopening procedures, and incident response planning. Including public outreach regarding Marine Safety Information Bulletins MSIB issued by the Captain Of The Port Sector Miami , Port Coordination Team PCT updates regarding current Port Conditions , and Drawbridge closures that effect vessels seeking safe harbor.

Bareboat Charter / Illegal Charter Education & Outreach Subcommittee

Recreational and Human-Powered Craft Subcommittee

Addresses the safety needs and integration of recreational boaters, kayakers, paddleboarders, rowers, and other non-motorized users.

Environmental and Waterway Quality Subcommittee

Environmental protection, water quality, pollution prevention, and coordination with environmental agencies.

Education and Public Outreach Subcommittee

Develops educational materials, manages public communications, and coordinates community engagement events.
