Who We Are :

A voluntary, non-governmental stakeholder forum operating in partnership with the Port of Miami and U.S. Coast Guard, Sector Miami.


What We Do :

We coordinate among commercial vessels, harbor pilots, recreational boaters, terminal operators, and government agencies to prevent conflicts and promote shared waterway safety.

Current Priority :

Charter Smart Miami  combating illegal, unlicensed bareboat charter operations through public education and stakeholder-driven outreach.
